Creating a Business Source for Self-employed & Landlord clients

Creating a Business Source for Self-employed & Landlord clients

A business source should be created for any client that is Self-employed, a landlord or has other income from property to help with digital record keeping.

To act on your clients behalf and impersonate your client select the client from your agent dashboard, select the 3 dots and ‘Impersonate’. Then select Profile & Settings > Business Sources.

For Self-employed clients you can add a new self-employed business, you should enter the clients Business Details to set up the business source.

For Landlord clients you can add a new landlord (UK property) business, you should enter the clients Business Details. You can also create individual properties within the Landlord business by adding new UK property and entering the property details for each property owned.

Existing business sources can be changed or deleted by selecting the 3 dots on the relevant business.
