Reviewing draft tax return

Reviewing draft tax return

What’s visible in your Agent dashboard

The Agent dashboard provides an overview of how your clients progress towards submission. You can search for clients by name using the search bar, view inactive clients, see the progress of your clients at each stage as a percentage or in list view in the dashboard table.

Summary of return contents

The Tax Submission section shows your clients SA100 page by page depending on the personalised selections you created. The SA100 gives a summary of each section and your clients details, allowing you to easily review the entire return on one page.

Calculation breakdown: submittable year and in-year calculation

Your client's calculation breakdown allows you to see the income tax total and tax liability for the current submission year and the current tax year liability. You can see the overview of the tax calculations on the clients dashboard or by viewing your client on your agent dashboard. After submission you can see the tax calculation breakdown in full on the Tax submission SA100 page and calculation breakdown tab.

Download report

Both you and your clients with logins can download a copy of their tax submission report. Before submission the report will show as a draft and after submission the report will include the submission Receipt ID (IR Mark) and the breakdown of information and figures submitted to HMRC as well as the calculation breakdown of income tax and any amount due.

To download a draft or copy of the submission report you should select Tax Submission section > Applicable tax year > Select the SA100 submission page > Show more at the bottom of the page > Download Report
